A Little Background

I didn't always want to be a teacher. Growing up I wanted to be everything from an underwater archeologist to a meteorologist but teaching elementary school children was never on the list.  As a sophomore in college, my opinion of teaching was changed forever.  Over the past few years I have truly discovered my passion for teaching.

Also during my sophomore year of college I met my best friend and husband, Brennan. Fast forward two years, we have two dogs - Alastair and Avery, I'm building my photography business, and I'm finishing my senior year student teaching at Ozark West Elementary.  

 


Alastair is my Boston Terrier.  He's afraid of everything and thinks he's a human but he's really the best dog anyone could ask for. 




So this is pretty much me.  I'm just a college girl sharing stories of student teaching with hopes of one day having a real classroom of my own.
